In 1999 Christine changed careers and took her Fundamentals of Insurance and she never looked back. The insurance industry provided her with a potentially good and fruitful career.
While living in Vancouver her first position were as customer service representative. That is where Christine learned that this job was all about the client and their needs and being able to balance service, price with more and that was adding real value as a trusted advisor to potential and existing clients. This grounding was the catalyst for Christine to grow her knowledge and scope and she started to advise clients on commercial insurance as well. That was 2004 when she finished her CAIB designation in preparation of doing it all.
She started her commercial insurance knowledge by being the trusted risk advisor for the mining industry and that was just the start. Today Christine is a well-rounded and well respected insurance advisor in the industry.
By 2006 with several significant life changes, she decided to make some changes and follow her dreams and move to the South Okanagan.
Christine joined Broker Canada Insurance in March 13th 2014 and started building her presence in the community by taking a very small joint office space on main street Oliver. She hired a full time Assistant, Kristin Alicia Phillips because of her success and growth, she just opened her own larger real office space at 2- 6036 Main Street, Oliver, and effective February 1, 2018.
