Broker Compensation Disclosure

Where applicable, these fees are in addition to the insurance premium and broker commission and will be disclosed to the client before the transaction is completed.
Some insurance companies may also pay contingent or profit-sharing commissions. These payments may depend on factors such as growth, profitability, loss ratio, business volume, retention, or services provided to the insurer. Such compensation is not guaranteed and may vary by insurer and period. Details may be available from the relevant insurer.
Conflict of Interest Declaration
Broker Canada Insurance seeks to identify, manage, and disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest that could affect the advice or services provided to clients. These may include direct or indirect ownership interests, financing arrangements, financial relationships with insurers, and compensation arrangements that could create an incentive to recommend one insurance product or insurer over another.
If a material conflict applies to a client’s circumstances, Broker Canada Insurance will disclose it and address it in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
