I visited this insurance office on Saturday, even though it was a holiday. The office was very busy, and Leili was the only person working there, but she was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions.

She handled my request quickly and professionally, and she also patiently answered my additional questions about building insurance and business insurance.

I really appreciated her excellent customer service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this insurance office and suggest giving them a try if you’re looking for insurance services.
